Order Handling Time:

We ship 90% of our orders within three business days. If for some reason there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email to explain the situation.

 

Domestic Shipping:

We ship via UPS. Tracking information and a scheduled delivery date will be emailed to you the day your order ships.
We charge for shipping by weight of the order.

UPS Ground:
Small Orders (less than 4 lbs.): $7.95
Large Orders (4 lbs. or heavier): $10.95
UPS Express Shipping:
Small Orders (less than 4 lbs.): $19.95
Large Orders (4 lbs. or heavier): $29.95

Alaska, Hawaii, and Purrto Rico:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders (up to 10 lbs.): $13.95
Larger Orders (over 10 lbs.): We will contact you with a quote.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico allow 8-10 days for delivery.

Canadian Orders:
We ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
Small Orders (up to 4 lbs.): $19.95
Larger Orders (over 4 lbs.): We will contact you with a quote.

Canadian orders allow 14 days for delivery.

International Orders:
We ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
Small Orders (up to 4 lbs.): $29.95
Larger Orders (over 4 lbs.): We will contact you with a quote.

International orders allow 14 days for delivery.
Note: There may be exceptions to this pricing. If so, we will email a shipping quote. We do not ship to Nigeria.

 

Return Policy:

Returns:
If you need to return an item for a refund, we must receive the item within 30 days of the original order date. We will credit the buyers credit card within 2 business days of receiving the item. The credit may take up to 6 weeks to appear on your credit card statement, please be patient. All items received more than 30 days past the order date will be considered for merchandise credit.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made via mail or UPS. Send your tie-dye back to us within 30 days of the original order date with a note letting us know the new size or new garment you need. Allow 2-3 weeks per exchange.
